So I’m finally back on this blog, still going to keep track about my health and maybe blog a thing or two about some skin care and makeup stuff (all to remind myself what to avoid using again in the future etc.)
I did finally manage to hit my goal weight!! I’m really glad….but now its time to tone up rather than eating less!

As of late I’ve been eating apples with PB (only a spoonful)

and various of other things.

Along with that, I’ve been doing alot of simple stretches and some feel good, heart pumping, exercises! I’m quite content so far with the results, I’ve been exercising vigorously for the past few days and my body feels like its really tightening up.

I feel good for once. *smile*

I’ve been staying up all night ……..hardly no sleep. dark circles…..

but I have been increasing my portions and exercising…….. I hate it, I feel disgusting. I’m going to just eat cereal + apple with PB + water for this day.

Ugh, this is probably a total newbie question (and I totally did try googling this but the answers were too broad)

but what are the benefits from doing exercises that target the buttock? Like, what other areas does it slim down or lift or whatever?

I’m finally successful today! I did what I wanted…I ate wakame soup (15 cal) ….and I did ate a bit of rice with raw egg/soysauce on the side, but that’s all I’m having for today.

Now I’m just going to drink water for the rest of the day and stand alot.

Random thought of the night: 
sure I want to lose weight, but I don’t give a damn for this “thigh gap” business. I want to be skinny/fit. The tumblr craze with the “thigh gap” is delusional.
Not everyone can have a thigh gap, it really depends on how wide your hips are
( **excluding the photos of underweight individual** the photos that everyone reblogs were actually carefully taken, anyone who poses with their butt pushed outwards and hips inwards …or stand pigeon toed….or standing with legs apart,..can create the illusion of having a thigh gap! so its all about how you POSE in your photos)
Hell, not even some of the VS models have thigh gaps. (and they look great still, even if the photo used was from 08)
Girls, stop allowing the media (carefully planned photos and photos of underweight/unhealthy girls) control how you feel and think. Don’t be a sheep and trust in these glamorized pictures of women with “thigh gaps” and huge hips/curves.

Tomorrows lunch

will consist of either miso soup (35 cal) or wakame soup (15 cal)

then afterwards I might make 2 boiled eggs to eat…that or make tomatoe soup to eat.

and afterwards spend the rest of the day standing as much as possible and then afterwards do some exercises/stretches.

was dragged to someplace…stopped by a vietnamese restaurant, had pho.

went home…ate a bowl of cereal.

afterwards had kimichi+rice+hotdog

sigh. I’m done for.
